On the southern slopes of the Alborz Mountains, between the Shahroud and Sanj rivers, lies a hidden green gem. The beautiful village of Barghan is the same green gem that may have been hidden from many of us. It is enough to travel 13 kilometers from Karaj to reach this beautiful and pleasant area.
We all think that we should not expect many tourist attractions from a village. But Barghan village has proven otherwise. موزه برغان
با همکاري مردم و اداره ميراث فرهنگي حسينيه اعظم اين روستا تبديل به يک موزه زيبا شده که در آن ابزار سنتی و وسايل تعزيه و عزاداري محرم نگهداري ميشود.
بناي اين حسينيه تاريخي متعلق به دوره صفويه است، با توجه به اين که اهالي اين روستا ابزار و وسايل تعزيه و عزاداري محرم را به حسينيه اعظم هديه کردهاند در حال حاضر اين حسينيه به موزه تبديل شده است.

روستای برغان داراي قدمت تاريخي بیش از 700ساله است و آثاري نظير حسينيه اعظم، پل تاريخي برغان، چنار کهن مسجد جامع، بازار برغان، درخت پير سپيدارک و تپه باستاني قلعه کش کلا را در خود جاي داده و قابليت تبديل شدن به اکو موزه روستايي را دارد.

بَرَغان روستایی است در استان البرز ایران. روستای برغان در دهستان برغان بخش چندار شهرستان ساوجبلاغ در شمال غرب استان البرز و در رشته کوه های البرز و در میان کرج و هشتگرد واقع شده است.
براساس آخرین سرشماری، جمعیت این روستا تا سال 1385، 1500 نفر تخمین زده شده است. برغان از نظر تجارت، اقتصاد و کاسبی نسبت به روستاهای اطراف گستردهتر بوده و بیشترین تعداد مغازه و امکانات رفاهی را دارد. بیشتر مردم این روستا را مردم محلی تشکیل میدهند که زبان آنها تاتی است.
بیشتر مردم این روستا به زراعت، باغداری و دامداری مشغول هستند و صنایع دستی آن را مدیون خانمهای خانهدار هستیم. محصولات عمده زراعی این روستا شامل غلات، صیفیجات، گردو، توت، آلبالو، گوجه درختی، گوجه سبز و گیلاس است. مردم این روستا، آداب و رسوم خاص خود را دارند. از جمله مناسبتهای مهم مردم برغان میتوان به عید نویی (عید نوروز)، چهارشنبهسوری، تعزیهخوانی در محرم، سرتراشان در عروسی و رسوماتی از این قبیل اشاره کرد.
